New York, Bay Area, Washington D.C., and Boston: Four Major Regional Groups Go Live Simultaneously.
Since its inception this spring, the American Select Colleges ABC Alumni Dating platform has developed rapidly and has received widespread attention and acclaim within the Chinese American community. The platform has grown into a large-scale, free, mutual aid, and sharing dating platform featuring three major service series: 1. American Select Colleges ABC Alumni Dating Group., 2. North America ABC Dating Group, and 3. North American International Students Dating Group, supported by thousands of parents and over eighty volunteers.
To further enhance platform services, promote online and offline dating events across different regions, better support young people’s offline clubs, and integrate high-quality dating resources from various regions, the platform will gradually roll out regional dating groups.
The first batch of four major regional groups will go live simultaneously this weekend:
American Select Colleges ABC Alumni Dating Group New York
American Select Colleges ABC Alumni Dating Group Bay Area
American Select Colleges ABC Alumni Dating Group Washington D.C.
American Select Colleges ABC Alumni Dating Group Boston.
Membership Requirements (Regional Requirements):
The current main service areas for the regional groups are:
(1) Parents of ABC (second-generation Chinese Americans) who work, live, or study in the region. The students must be 22 years of age or older.
(2) Parents whose children do not reside in the region but who have settled there long-term are also eligible to participate.
Notes:
a) A parent can participate in a maximum of two regional groups (except volunteers with work arrangements).
b) The regional groups are currently also open to second-generation Chinese American parents who meet the regional requirements and are already part of the basic groups and RTD (advanced group) on the American Select Colleges ABC Alumni Dating Platform. Once the new group reaches 350 members, it will only be open to RTD parents.
How to Join:
The platform has set up preparatory groups for each region. Parents who meet the service scope and regional requirements should scan the QR code to enter the respective local preparatory group and wait for further instruction. Upon joining, please immediately change your nickname to the following format: Child’s gender (B or G) + birth year (YY) + current work/study city + abbreviation of undergraduate school (in Chinese or English) + year of undergraduate graduation + parent’s real name + parent’s city. You may use a dot to replace spaces to save character space, for example:

The volunteer team will review according to platform requirements and invite eligible parents to join the official regional groups in batches.

[美国名校ABC相亲群]平台自今春创立以来，发展迅猛，在全美华人社区受到了广泛关注和欢迎。平台业已发展成一个拥有[美国名校ABC相亲群]，[北美ABC相亲群]和[北美留学生相亲群]三大服务系列，数千名家长及超过八十名义工的大型免费，互助，共享交友平台。
为了进一步提升平台服务，促进各地线上线下相亲活动，更好地帮助孩子们的线下俱乐部, 并整合各地区优质相亲资源，平台将逐步推出区域交友群。

美国名校ABC相约波士顿群。
入群要求(/地域要求)：
区域群目前主要服务范围是
(1) 在该地区工作/生活/学习的ABC(华二代) 学生的家长。学生年龄22岁以上。
(2) 学生不在该地区，但家长在该地区长期定居的也可参加。
注：
a) 一位家长最多只能参加两个区域群(有工作安排的义工除外)。
b) 区域群目前也对已在[美国名校ABC相亲群]平台各基础群和RTD(高级群)的符合地域条件的华二代家长开放。待新群人数达到350人之后，区域群将只会对RTD 家长开放。
入群办法：
平台开通各区域群预备群，请符合服务范围和地域要求的家长先扫码进入各地预备群等待出发。进群后请马上按以下格式更改昵称：孩子性别(B or G)+出生年份(YY)+目前工作/学习城市+本科毕业学校缩写(中、英文均可)+本科毕业年份+家长实名+家长城市，需要分隔时请用小点dot来代替空格来节省字符数，例如：
