At ABCDating.net, a program of Qiyu Healing, Inc. (DBA Chinese American Network), your safety and well-being are our top priorities. As a nonprofit community platform, we are committed to fostering respectful, positive, and safe interactions among our members.

These Safety Guidelines and Community Standards (“Guidelines”) are designed to help protect you and others while using ABCDating.net (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to follow these Guidelines in addition to our Terms and Conditions of Service.

1. Online Safety Practices

• Protect Your Personal Information: Never share sensitive details such as your home address, workplace, financial information, or Social Security number with other users.
• Communicate Safely: Keep conversations on the platform until you feel comfortable. Be cautious if someone tries to move communication off the Service too quickly.
• Report Suspicious Behavior: If another user engages in harassment, inappropriate content, scams, or threats, please report them immediately using our in-platform reporting tools or by contacting us at canetwork24@Gmail.com.
• Trust Your Instincts: If something feels wrong or uncomfortable, disengage and report the situation.

2. In-Person Meeting Safety

If you choose to meet someone offline:

• Meet in a public place for the first few interactions (e.g., a café, park, or other public venue).
• Inform a trusted friend or family member of your plans, including the time and location.
• Arrange your own transportation; do not rely on someone you just met.
• Do not leave your personal belongings unattended.
• If you feel unsafe at any point, leave immediately.

3. Prohibited Behavior

We strive to maintain a safe, respectful community. The following behavior is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory conduct.
• Sharing sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive material.
• Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity.
• Attempts to solicit money, donations, or financial support from other users.
• Posting or sharing private information of others without consent.
• Engaging in or promoting illegal activities.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Service.

4. Our Role and Limitations

• We do not conduct background checks on members. Use your best judgment when communicating with others.
• We cannot guarantee the authenticity of User Content or the intentions of every user.
• We provide reporting tools and moderation but rely on community cooperation to maintain a safe environment.

5. Protecting Your Mental and Emotional Well-Being

• Be respectful in your interactions. Treat others as you would want to be treated.
• Set boundaries and do not feel pressured to share or do anything that makes you uncomfortable.
• If you ever feel harassed or unsafe, block the user and report the incident.
• Take breaks from the Service if needed for your own well-being.

If you experience or witness behavior that violates these Guidelines:
