Welcome to ABCDating.net, a program of Qiyu Healing, Inc., doing business as the Chinese American Network, a non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Illinois and recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ABCDating.net (the “Website” or “Service”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

  • You can form a binding contract with us.
  • You are not prohibited from using the Service under U.S. law or any other applicable law.
  • You will comply with these Terms and Conditions, and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account.
  • You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

3. User Content

You may post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit text, graphics, photos, or other materials (collectively, “User Content”) on or through the Website. By making available any User Content on or through the Website, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to authorize us to use your User Content.
  • All your User Content and other communications transmitted through the Website will not infringe any rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
  • Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

Note: We do not claim ownership of your User Content. You retain full ownership of what you submit.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Website to:

  • Conduct any illegal activities.
  • Harass, threaten, demean, embarrass, or otherwise harm any other user.
  • Post or share content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Post or share private or confidential information about other person or entity without consent.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website or its users (including through hacking, scraping, or spamming).

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any User Content.
  • We do not conduct background checks on users and do not verify the truthfulness of User Content. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
  • The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qiyu Healing, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Any harm resulting from your interactions with other users, including in-person meetings.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the Website.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qiyu Healing, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, and volunteers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service,
  • Your User Content, or
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. In some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as email or website notifications).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Qiyu Healing, Inc. regarding your use of ABCDating.net and supersede any prior agreements.
